Review Body:[Imported 2022-04-04 from mysupervisor.org (2022 archival dump, via pengp25/RateMySupervisor)] 类别: 985 院系: 医学院 【评价 1 · rate 5.0/5】 导师辨识特征：白白胖胖很可爱 学术水平：转化院年会总结，唯一一位十几张slides，每张一篇在投文章，材料领域IF都比较高，是转化院的希望，组里的学生也是国奖各种奖那一堆，羡慕。 科研经费：文章多，浙二奖励也多，学生多，良好循环，经费是不差经费的。 学生补助：不清楚 师生关系：实验室内部关系挺融洽的，师生感觉也还可以 工作时间：8:30-21:30，午饭晚饭可以休息，不打卡，但是时常会来实验室查人，周六休息一天，周日上午组会，假期可能会规定哪天休息哪天上班，总体工作时间算短的 学生前途：不知道是否允许实习，但文章发的好前途就好
