Review Body:[Imported 2022-04-04 from mysupervisor.org (2022 archival dump, via pengp25/RateMySupervisor)] 类别: 211 院系: 生物工程学院 【评价 1 · rate 2.8/5】 学术水平：学术水平一般，实验室近亲繁殖严重，研究内容不够前沿。 科研经费：经费充足，但是比较抠门，不舍得花钱。 师生关系：不尊重学生，讲话控制不住情绪，说着说着就开始人身攻击。实验室要按点打卡记考勤，中午晚上考勤时间要减半，不能迟到早退。实验室各个房间装监控摄像头，小老板负责监控学生。小过重罚，有错就要写检讨，通过邮件发给实验室全体成员，组会上要当众检讨。好处是不拖延学生毕业。 学生前途：要偷偷实习，研究方向不太好找工作。
