Review Body:[Imported 2026-04-22 from the advisor-ledger community mirror: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/the-hidden-fish/advisor-ledger/main/docs/deduped.html] • 基本UG/MS/PhD的第一篇一作都是老师babysit的，并且idea都十分靠谱，只要智力正常+稍微努力基本很好发顶会full paper一作 • 组里做的也算HCI+VIS里面很时髦/前沿的topics，并且现在也会发鼓励学生做泛AI论文（投AI venue） • submission前基本手把手带微调video demonstration，paper writing和figures，相当尽职尽责 • 基本1对1+组会全部用英语，非常professional+好相处 - 非常关注学生感受 • 雯神！无需多言！（她老公咋样？）（她老公在学生里有一些爱push的评价，不会像qw一样这么这么这么好🥰，当然合作了才知道毕竟我没有真的接触过） • 非常有耐心，非常温柔，开会当场帮同事改code
