Review Body:[Imported 2026-04-22 from the advisor-ledger community mirror: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/the-hidden-fish/advisor-ledger/main/docs/deduped.html] • 非常supportive，不看中本科出身，基本上hands on指导，推荐信写的都很细致而且很强，组里面氛围融洽没什么宫斗现象，合作很open。基本上你叫他帮忙推荐，都能帮忙推荐到好地方。即便暑研没有pub出来，也能点对点推荐。 • 可能需要会用TPU，算力以TPU为主，使用难度因人而异。 • 人比较善良，不push，比较重视学生本身长期的科研taste培养，为人处世非细致入微，情商很高。 • 早期对intern pub要求比较严格，现在没有那么严格了，但是做出好的作品会尽可能帮忙sell，对学生职业发展帮助很强。 • 比较建议线下暑研，会认识到很多好大哥：）（但saining不是和lecun创业去了吗，之后还会有很多时间管lab吗）你好，会有的，印证访谈说法，他对学生的爱确实很大。 • 谢老师伟大，无需多言
