Review Body:[Imported 2026-04-22 from the advisor-ledger community mirror: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/the-hidden-fish/advisor-ledger/main/docs/deduped.html] • 尊重学生，每次开会前后会问学生最近怎么样，对学生基本不push，中一篇一作以后允许放假几个礼拜 • 会积极与学生讨论新方向，不过给idea的可能性较低 (他自己也很难follow AI领域的快节奏 • Funding 暂时充足，也允许学生每年实习，组里最快毕业的学生第一年就开始实习，三年半就先去上班，然后第四年答辩，他没拦着。 • 组内口碑较好，没有转组quit • 缺点1：比如 AP 很难给学生推好的实习，他自己在美国业界connection有限，当然能帮到的他一定帮，上面说的那个三年半毕业上班的，PhD期间三次FAANG某司实习就是他帮推的。不过组里开始有毕业生后应该会好转 • 缺点2：组里卡不太够，最好的是A6000，虽然貌似这是大多数组的常态。但是允许学生租卡
