Review Body:[Imported 2022-04-04 from mysupervisor.org (2022 archival dump, via pengp25/RateMySupervisor)] 类别: 985 院系: 船舶工程学院 【评价 1 · rate 4.5/5】 是个不错的教授，对学生很宽容和蔼。同时非常支持各种形式的学术成果，对排名、页数和创新点没有过多要求，在经济上还有鼓励政策。项目很多，所以不要担心锻炼机会和创新点来源。唯一的就是在工程界待太久了，某些非设计类的学术问题没法给出很好的指导，但是团队内有大牛老师，所以也不是啥问题吧。就业啥的现在行业这么差，推不推荐啥的关键还是看自己吧。 【评价 2 · rate 0.0/5】 林老师教研室主攻设计领域，倡导学生从实践中出真知，会从精神及金钱上鼓励学生出学术成果，并会给予一定的指导，不过，由于林老师是中心的总负责人，平时事情会比较多，但是教研室内有小老师还有师兄，想要具体问题的指导，这些人还是都能提供有用的建议与帮助的。总体来说，林老师是那种面上很严肃其实很和蔼的老师。
