Review Body:[Imported 2022-04-04 from mysupervisor.org (2022 archival dump, via pengp25/RateMySupervisor)] 类别: 211 院系: 机电工程学院 【评价 1 · rate 5.0/5】 导师辨识特征：上一任机电学院院长，有两个办公室分别是文昌科研楼406和南湖机电楼A427。研究方向分为两块，大体方向一个是机械动力学，另一个是电机控制。动力学和电机控制相耦合，课题组氛围很好。 学术水平：风机、采煤机，杂散电流做到全国前沿。年年有博士，课题组发文量没得说，出来的博士都5、6篇sci起步。 科研经费：申报的只要合理，都能审批下来。向自己研究的方向需要的DSP和永磁电机什么的都会满足。不要求学生刚开始就发高水平的期刊，循序渐进，给报销发文的费用。 学生补助：不是按月发，但是从来不会少。时常有莫名其妙的科研补助。 师生关系：很融洽哇 工作时间：按自己的时间安排，除了一周一次的学术会议，研究时间不强求，给充足的时间自我摸索。尊重学生自己的选择。 学生前途：博士几乎都进了江苏一本的高校（毕竟成果放在那里），就业方面的话因为研究的方向针对于机械行业比较热门。就业情况相当可以，老师会根据需求给学生提供资源，还是很好的。
