Review Body:[Imported 2022-04-04 from mysupervisor.org (2022 archival dump, via pengp25/RateMySupervisor)] 类别: 985 院系: 地球科学与工程学院 【评价 1 · rate 5.0/5】 自证认识导师：科研好好做，不要瞎搞 学术水平：杰青，科研想法多 科研经费：实验室经费充足，野外工作较为舒适，强度适中。 学生补助：地化实验室的补助算是地科最多的了吧，重来不像某些组里有导师多发然后克扣返还小金库的情况，实发多少就是多少，比较棒。 师生关系：师生关系融洽，多去交流有收获。 工作时间：工作日导师一般在办公室，周六日一般不在，周末学习靠自觉。 学生前途：先做好实验，写好论文发再说。博士的话导师给推荐推荐工作也是可以的，硕士毕业靠自己努力，做好科研再说。毕业的学生工作都还不错。（大部分课题组都是这个规矩吧）
