• 水平很高指导也很到位，赶稿之前会帮学生写代码甚至写全文，非常hands on
• 尊重学生方向，有学生完全不做他感兴趣的方向，但是能帮就帮
• 找实习找工作都全程carry，毕业之后也能经常约到老师讨论career plan
• 很有钱，组里算力充足，学生经常40卡B200跑实验，组会出去吃fine dining
• 毕业时间flexible，找到工作就放人，去工业界有很多内部资源，觉得学生的internship找的不太好学不到东西还会帮助联系更好的internship
