Review Body:[Imported 2022-04-04 from mysupervisor.org (2022 archival dump, via pengp25/RateMySupervisor)] 类别: 985 院系: 电子信息学院 【评价 1 · rate 5.0/5】 导师为人和善（每年有师兄师姐回来看望、湖北省光学学会的很多会议都是何老师组织）、勤奋（每天7点准时到实验室，但是只要求学生在正常上班时间到位），院里面出了名的对学生好。不重名利，在武汉测绘科技大学毕业留校任教（当时整个系就留下一名优秀学生）至今（现今的武大于2000年由包括武测在内的4所学校合并而成），现在何老师带过的硕士研究生近50人，我们都在何老师建立的一个大微信群里面。师兄弟关系融洽，各种介绍工作，可以说何老师名副其实的桃李满天下。学术方面，何老师带硕士的专业是光学工程，工程类专业文章没有同实验室缪老师（带物理电子专业研究生，偏理论）好发文章。但是，何老师不缺项目，就缺研究生，很能锻炼人，当然需要有担当的学生负责。每个老师每年能带的学生有限，何老师每年都满员。
