Review Body:[Imported 2022-04-04 from mysupervisor.org (2022 archival dump, via pengp25/RateMySupervisor)] 类别: 211 院系: 电气工程学院 【评价 1 · rate 3.0/5】 导师辨识特征：小白楼四层 学术水平：一般。郭老师出身不是很好，但是凭自己努力升上来的。眼界一般，最近论文有一些，但发不了顶刊。老师有个特点，就是经常变，可能上周给你安排的活，这周就忘了，给你个新的。之前你和他解释过行不通的，过一个月又让你做 科研经费：经费还是充足的，因为团队还行。小活儿比较多，不论方向。大的项目很少，得看运气。 学生补助：正常发放，不会克扣，第一年300，第二年600 师生关系：对学生很好，没啥老师架子。每年会请吃饭两次。经常会询问你工作进度，不懂的可以问他，虽然不一定有用解答 工作时间：要求正常上班，其实不严，晚上他不在。有的女学生经常9点来，11点走。被抓住了会被骂 学生前途：不允许实习，交大电力电子基本都不让。但也不是绝对的，给你的活干完了可以申请，得调休。暑假加上请假不超过一个月。就业你确定了方向可以找老师帮忙推荐
